DUE TO THE CURRENT SITUATION REGARDING THE COVID-19, FIRA DE BARCELONA HAS DECIDED TO CANCEL THE 2020 EDITION. WE WILL KEEP THE INFORMATION UPDATED HERE.
The workshop "Quarks: the bricks of matter" will be sttopping by the Espai Ciencia at the fair "Saló de l'Ensenyament 2020".
The workshop is an activity based in a 3D puzzle designed by CERN, where students from all ages will learn about the fundamental particles of the Standard Model, their properties and how they combine. Researchers will explain how quarks and antiquarks combine to form protons, neutrons and other particles.
