ABSTRACT:
Stephen Hawking was one of the most brilliant scientists of the last fifty years, and one of the most exceptional human being seen. Forty years ago Hawking set out a puzzle that still is leaving us perplexed. Is a total oblivion possible in our Universe? Black Holes seem to answer in the affirmative. However, Quantum Physics deny the possibility. This paradox between two cornerstones of physics: gravity and Quantum Physics is the main contribution of a man who never stop looking up at stars.
